'Gordon L. Jernigan Sr., Inc' is a small family run business specializing in basement waterproofing for residential construction. The president, Gordon L. Jernigan Sr., believes that the family atmosphere is the key to the company's success. The office is staffed by Gordon's daughter, Tabby, who is the office manager, and son-in-law, Rusty, who assists in scheduling. Our field operations are managed by Gordon's son, Lee.
A Brief History
Gordon L. Jernigan Sr., Inc. began in the dampproofing business in 1987. He became independent on 4/89 and the first job sprayed was for Goodier Builders. To save time in the construction schedule, exterior draintile was added to the list of services. Jernigan's first sprayed Rub-R-WallŪ in November of 1990 for the Siegel Organization. The company has sprayed thousands of jobs since then and have NEVER experienced a product failure. GLJSRINC is currently doing work for several large residential builders in the Baltimore-Washington area, including Pulte Homes, Patriot Homes, Koch Homes, Goodier Builders, Drees Homes, Humphrey and Son, Inc., General Contractor, as well as many smaller and independent builders. The entire team prides themselves on speed, quality, and being able to do the tough jobs right the first time.
